Phone system package questions
What does "per user" mean?
One user is one person (one extension) on the phone system. Each user gets their own extension, voicemail and portal login, and can use a desk phone, a mobile app or a laptop.
Can I mix Standard and Bundle users?
Yes. Give your busiest callers the Bundle with 5,000 free UK minutes and everyone else the Standard plan, all on the same system.
Do I need to buy phones?
You need a VoIP phone or app for each user. We supply Yealink desk, cordless and conference phones, delivered pre-configured and ready to plug in.
Can I keep my existing numbers?
Yes. Add a note at checkout or tell us when we call to confirm your order, and our team will move your existing numbers to the new system.
Is installation included?
Yes. Our team sets up your users, call flows and numbers for you, in the UK or abroad.
What if I have more than one office?
All your offices can share one system with internal extension dialling. For multi-site and larger set-ups, ask us for a tailored quote.
