Handset questions
Will these phones work with my Alphatalk phone system?
Yes. Every phone we sell is tested with our cloud phone system and arrives pre-configured with your extension. Plug it into your broadband router and it is ready.
What do I need to use a VoIP phone?
A broadband connection and a network socket or router port for each desk phone. Cordless phones connect to their base station, which plugs into your router. If your connection needs an upgrade, we can supply business broadband.
What is the difference between the cordless models?
The W52P and W56P each come with a base station and one handset. The W52H and W56H are extra handsets for those systems. The W56 range has a colour screen.
Are prices one-off?
Yes. Handsets are a one-off purchase with no monthly charge. Prices are shown with and without VAT.
Can I use my own phones?
Many SIP phones can be used with our system. Tell us the make and model and we will confirm before you order.
