Pricing questions

Do your prices include VAT?
No. All prices on this site exclude VAT, which is added at 20%. Your cart and checkout show the VAT and the total before you pay.
What is your price promise?
If you find a cheaper offer for the same service, we will match or beat it. Send us the details and we will come back to you.
What happens if I use more than my free minutes?
Further minutes are charged at our standard call rates, shown on your itemised bill. Ask us for the rates for your numbers or users, or choose the Bundle plan for 5,000 free UK minutes per user.
What do I pay when I order?
Any one-off charges (such as a memorable number or a handset) plus your first month, with VAT. After that, your monthly charges appear on your itemised bill each month.
Is there a charge to switch to Alphatalk?
No. Switching is free, and our team handles the move of your existing numbers for you.
